Occupational Therapy

The Occupational Therapy Department at Ideal Education School (IES) focuses on enhancing students' fine motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care abilities. Our goal is to help students gain the functional skills needed to participate more independently and confidently in daily activities.

Therapy sessions are individualized to address each student’s developmental needs and may include:

  • Handwriting and fine motor coordination

  • Sensory processing and regulation

  • Dressing, feeding, and hygiene routines

  • Classroom task participation

  • Adaptive strategies for increased independence

By building these foundational skills, students are better equipped to engage meaningfully in their academic, social, and home environments.
